These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of our beauty services. Please read carefully.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays or cancellations. However, to ensure the timely, efficient service for all our clients, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointments or give us ample notice of your cancellation.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48h or less will be subject to a charge of 100% of the treatment price. If a pre-paid course of laser treatment has been booked, then that session will be forfeitted and not added on to the end of the block of sessions.

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment (no shows) or arrive more than 10 minutes late will be charged 100% of the treatment price. If a pre-paid course of laser treatment has been booked, then that session will be forfeitted and not added on to the end of the block of sessions.

Failure to pay any fee within 24h, will result in no further bookings, any existing appointments will be cancelled.

 

Payments

Clients are required to make a non-refundable deposit to secure their consultation and patch test appointment.

The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.

The appointment will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled consultation may forfeit their deposit and a new deposit may be required for future bookings.

We kindly remind you of the importance of attending your scheduled appointments. Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means we have resereved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
